1. Is there a fee for this service?
There are no fees or hidden charges for you, your checking account or credit card account for this service. To FCA, there is no cost for check processing, but there is a credit card processing fee.
2. When will my gift be transferred from my account to FCA?
On the 20th day of each month the transfer will appear on your statement, and FCA will send you a receipt.
3. How do I change or cancel the Automatic Monthly Partner Plan?
You can easily change your gift amount or cancel the service by notifying FCA and allowing 30 days for processing. For your security, please put your request in writing and mail, fax or e-mail it to FCA at the address below: |
